Yes, I know this is an advert but I wanted to say that I watch the advert for this and Hip Hop Abs every morning. I get up at 4 o'clock, have my breakfast then join in with the exercises/dance moves. It is great fun and Hip Hop Abs are only £20 at the moment. DON'T LOSE OUT!
